PRESSURE VESSELS

     FIRMCONSULT ensures the production of boilers, heat exchangers, filters and the related piping.

     Material:  carbon and stainless steel.

     Certified quality according to ISO 9001, ASME Code Section VIII - Division 1,  AD 2000 Merkblatt, PED 97/23/EC,  Gostr,  the big welding certificate (Grosser Schweissausweis).

     Covering documentation:  product passport, certificates of the used materials,  WPR, WPQ, measuring certificates provided by the authorised  person.

     Tests according to the customer´s demand:  pressure tests,  X-ray detection,  ultrasound tests, magnetic resonance.

     Surface finish according to the customer´s demand:  the coating sort, thickness, topping.

     The internal coating according to the pressure medium (rubber coat, metalizing etc.).

     It is possible to ensure the external assembly at the customer site.

     The takeover by the presence of the customer or in accordance to his instructions.

     Transport to the place of destination, in case of the overdimensional products the special transport with the assistance.

     Firmconsult chooses the optimum manufacturer  by the respect to the quality and the reasonable price, supervises the manufacturing process, cooperates by the elimination of troubles  and ensures the completion  incl. of extern obtained parts.
