HANDLING EQUIPMENT

     FIRMCONSULT ensures the production of the different elements for the continuous and lot transport systems especially in the automobile industry, such as skids, rollerconveyors, loading ramps, lifting and turning platforms, suspenders for the flow production systems of car bodies, suspenders for the over-head conveyors, special containers for the imbed and handling of large stampings and similar parts. This elements are produced according to the documents provided by the customer.

     Firmconsult ensures the optimum producer with the necessary know-how and the competitive price,  cheeks the quality during the production process , watches over the arranged delivery times and obtains the transport  to the place of destination.

     Firmconsult takes part on the check days and provides help to the customer in case of problems, which could appier in the production.

    From the technological point of view it concerns mostly weldments, which are machined in the demanded tolerances and finished.

    The quality is ensured by measuring protocolls and by the outgoing inspection in the attendance of the customer.

     The producers choosed by Firmconsult  have the relevant certificates, such as ISO 9001, the big welding licence (Grosser Schweissausweis) and possibly the attestation as the deliverer for the automobile industry.
